I wanted to take a quick moment to share a site and blog that I recently discovered that I’ve grown rather fond of relatively quickly.
Digital Photography School – digital-photography-school.com
With a recent site re-design, DPS features a great arrangement of high quality content broken down into three main areas:
- Photography Tips
- Cameras and Gear
- Post-Production
Not only is it a nice reminder that there is so much involved with digital photography these days, but it gives their readers the option to navigate directly to what they happen to be looking for at a particular moment. In the hunt for a new point-and-shoot? Maybe planning a photo shoot and want some tips before you go? DPS makes it easy to find just what you’re looking for.
Perhaps what I’m drawn to the site itself is the blog area and the different tips and reviews that they feature in their RSS feed. I still have so much to learn when it comes to both shooting in different situations and editing photos after the fact, this site has become very useful for me.
Sounds like it might be helpful for you, or you want to learn more? Check out the About DPS page and be sure to grab the feed while you’re there. Even if you don’t dive right into the site at first, the daily posts that come through your favorite feed reader will certainly keep you interested.
