Tried something a little different while I wasn’t able to get my son’s entire face in the frame. Eyes could be sharper, but I still like it. Thoughts?

Back Story

Taken during the same shoot as this close-up. Because where we were shooting at the time, and how I working with the available light, I couldn’t get the framing that I originally wanted.

So, instead of putting on the lens cap and calling it a day, I tried stepping outside of the standard guidelines for headshots and get a little creative. Looking at how it came out, I wish I could have captured the entire left eye in the shot, but for me, the smile and the two bottom teeth make it all work.
